Raj Riswadkar has 20 plus years of experience in growing biotech, pharma, med-tech, genomics, and healthcare businesses for Fortune 50 companies through start-ups in the US and across the globe. In addition, he has consulted technology, auto, real estate, hotels, energy, and environmental industries. 

His experience includes extensive management consulting, leading corporate and business development, strategy, P&L ownership, strategic marketing, and talent management He has worked for Express Scripts, Price Waterhouse, Accenture, KV Pharmaceutical Company, and numerous other companies. He has an MBA from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Toledo.

Mr. Riswadkar started his management consulting career with PriceWaterhouse Coopers in the Corporate Value Consulting group in 1999.  He performed extensive valuations, due diligence in Life Sciences, Technology, Energy industries working on big deals such as Merck-Schering JV, MCI- WorldCom among others.  Subsequently, he joined Accenture’s M&A and Strategic advisory practice, where he consulted pubic companies in Technology, Paper, Life Sciences, and worked on deals such as HP and COMPAQ.  Following management consulting, Mr. Riswadkar worked as a growth manager, helping International Specialty Products, Inc (ISP), grow from $750 MM in sales to $1 BB by buying businesses in the US, Latin America, and Germany.  He then helped KV pharma, a public company grow from $300 MM in sales to $600 MM in sales by doing acquisitions, in-licensing, and out-licensing deals for over 300 generic and branded products and portfolios globally.  He has helped develop and launch new products in Europe and the US.  Following KV, Mr. Riswadkar was the VP and GM of Value Health International, a division of Express Scripts based out of Singapore leading their international growth and investment strategy working in key health markets such as Japan, Australia, India, Europe, Brazil, and Mexico.  

Mr. Riswadkar has advised or led many startups including being CEO of iControlDiabetes, Co-Founder for Handylogs, Co-Founder of Waupi, Generico, and SVP plus Board Member at Novadiol.  He raised capital and led these companies through the path of value maximization.  He has advised many other genomics, software and tech start-ups. Mr. Riswadkar is a board member of the genomics company, Life Magnetics.
